Niki is a native of London, England where she studied Accounting and Business Management. With a background in sales and marketing, Niki was formerly a partner and active manager of a successful retail business in London.
In her 25 years as a Los Angeles resident and real estate professional, Niki has established a reputation for attentive detail oriented service, which is why a great percentage of her business comes from referrals and repeat clients – from first time buyers to experienced investors. Niki believes that the key to being successful and having longevity in the real estate business is to “deliver what you promise” and treats everyone of her clients as if they were her one and only client. Seeing herself more as a matchmaker than a salesperson, she is an active listener who factors her clients' individual needs and tastes into every potential sale. Always up front and honest, she values frequent client communication, making herself easily accessible by answering her own phone and returning calls as soon as possible. In fact, she has no such thing as office hours. She always respects her clients' privacy, adhering to a strict non-disclosure policy.
Niki has lived in neighborhoods from the Beach cities to Bel Air, Westwood and now calls Sherman Oaks home. Her obvious knowledge of “both sides of the hill” gives her greater range when clients choose to work with Niki. Niki is originally of Greek descent and speaks Greek, French and some Italian. She is a proud member of Rodeo Realty, and a member of the Beverly Hills – Los Angeles Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
